(1) Order Processing. Orders are normally processed and shipped on or before the next business day via the shipping service you select. Presents For Purpose ships via the United States Postal Service. Please note that Presents For Purpose is not responsible for shipping delays once your package is with the United States Postal Service.
(2) Domestic Shipping Services. We offer three options for shipping anywhere in the United States: US Standard (avg 5 days) for $7.95, US Priority (avg 2-3 days) for $13.95 or Express (guaranteed overnight to most locations) for $29.95. For unusually large or heavy packages, additional rates and schedules may apply.
(3) International Shipping: For orders to be shipped outside the United States, choose from International Priority (6-10 days) for $26.95 or Express Mail International (Average 5 days) for $37.95. For unusually large or heavy packages, additional rates and schedules may apply.
(4) Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email when your order ships.
(5) Backordered Items. If you order more than one item and one or more of these items are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped out under our normal processing procedures. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they becomes available.
(6) Additional Processing Time: Select items, including personalized items, require additional processing time or may be shipped separately, direct from the manufacturer on the manufacturer's timetable. Any such changes in processing time are noted on the product page.
(7)Problems obtaining a shipping quote. If you are unable to obtain a shipping quote during checkout, it may be that your "Shipping Address" in "Account Info" does not show a zip code. This sometimes happens if you let your browser fill in the forms automatically, and/or you did not check the "Same as billing information" checkbox.
To fix this problem, go to "Account Info" and click "Edit Account". Modify your Shipping Address to show the correct information, then click "Continue". You may then proceed through the checkout process. If you still encounter a problem, please call us at (212) 580-0515 for further assitance.
